There are more American swimmers than just Michael Phelps, please tell us more about THEM.
The US men's gymnastics team was not made of the Hamm twins alone and a bunch of short guys that can cartwheel, so, yes sirs, they DO still stand a chance at gold even though the Hamms have pulled out, so please stop saying "Well, a silver medal would really be something to be proud of" every time they get bummed out of first place.
And to the officials who screwed with the system:
The new scoring system absolutely SUCKS. How is it allowed that the judges can watch a routine again AND IN SLOW MOTION? How is that allowed?! And the whole new "perfect 17" really sucks because nobody knows if a 15 is bad or not... The scale of 1-10 was so simple. What the hezzy, Olympic officials?
