Picture taken from Art Night 05
Art Night last year was the bomb-diggity.
So, naturally,
we did it again.
Masterworks Presents
Diary of an Artist
A Film Noir experience
Caitlin and I pre-showtime
I don't think I've ever worn so much make-up in my entire life. But Kira did a great job, minus the time she got hot red lipstick on my teeth. OH and want your hurr did? Vanessa was awesome with mine, she did it in less time than it takes me to put my hair up in a ponytail. I believe there were at least 20 bobby pins in my hair that night.
Joseph (in a monkey suit) and I (without batons)
He was actually an usher for the show and I was just some skank on stage cranking up an old school grammophone.
The art studio, hectic and all!
You can see Kira doing Caitlin's make-up, and if you look even closer, you can see Manny trying to slick back his hair like how the fellas in the 50s did.
And another one.
The studio smelled of paint, burnt hair, and different hair products.
MMmmmmm...

getting spiffed up for the show.
Refreshments!
They look so cute in their little 40s diner digs!
Caitlin and Kira
all dolled up.
Caitlin, Nicole and I
After the show was the Art Gift Shop we had set up in our 'Wiild' Cafeteria. Caitlin and Char kicked ass and are still kicking with their Pitt-lick merch. Fikus owned, as usual, and so did Nicole's stuff. Kira's got a special fan buying all her stuff, and Phil made a good $60 just for his prints. I on the other hand, made $35, which I think is fairly pretty damn GREAT since I only sold three things, with two of them done just hours before showtime.
