Eunos Roadster (MX5) - costs so far

Ang's MX5 has been a cracking little car, as you know - because I'm always banging on about it.  Well it's up for it's MOT tomorrow, and so I thought I better look it over.  Already replaced a rear brake light, and the fuse on the headlight had already blown (maybe when the brakelight bulb went?), and this is a weird mazda fuse, so I bodged this 30A fuse from a standard 30A car fuse and the old Mazda fuse case.  That's the headlights sorted, then I notice the fog light doesn't work.  Turns out it's a simple loose connection on the connector to the bulb.  Easy.  Next I notice the drivers side sidelight is out.  Doddle to dismantle and replace bulb (most cars I'd be faffing around forever, or giving up).  Then I notice that one of the rear numberplate light bulbs is out too!  Lotta bulbs, hope nothing is wrong.  Anyway, also sorted extremely easily - pull back the trim in the boot, twist the bulb fixing, it pops out and voila.

So far, I've been able to do everything on this car myself:

Box of Hose Clips: £2 (amazing deal at Aldi)
Fan Switch Thermosensor and Radiator Top Hose: £20 delivered
Oil & Filter change: £20
Headlight Fuse: Pinched a spare from Horace £0
Rear Brakelight Bulb: £2 for a pair
Number plate bulb and Sidelight Bulb: £1.50
ASDA Anti-Freeze and ASDA Distilled Water: £3?
ASDA Cherry Smelling Screen Wash: £1?
Freed sticking handbrake: Free
Put battery back in battery box after drifting and spins in a car park: Free :)

Total Maintenance Cost so Far: ~£49.50

I'm hoping the MOT doesn't come to too much after the horrendous episode with Horace.

The RX7 is in the car park, think it's insurance ran out today, and it needs a new alternator.  It will probably have to stay in the car park now till next summer, or I may sell it, depends.  It will need firing up and running around the car park occasionally just to stop things seizing up.

The 106 is being sold as I've no use for my own run-around car now that I live with Ang as we use the MX5 daily.
