When it is all said and done..
Well, today I went for lunch with my DM. To my surprise, it was GOOD. That is right it was good! I finally got to get to know my DM a little better than before. I have not since I started here had a one on one with her.
So the results are in..
I basically GOT THE JOB! The stipualtion..
2 months top I have to wait to get it. I have 2 months to prepare.. To take on the role of it, basically to prove myself. This next month I have to step up and out of my comfort zone. I am being moved to two different stores to help out, then in June, I am going back to the original store that I started at. That is where I will team up with another newbie manager and work to get what it is that I have been working at for the last 6 months.
