It's like the Wheel of Shit.
Today we find out if the unidentified growths on my uncle's lung and adrenal gland are cancerous or not. It's like some ugly lottery nobody wants to win. Or lose, depending. I'm not overly worried about Dolph, but his two kids are only 11 and 13, so that would kinda suck for them. If it winds up being cancer, I'm not betting on the near-50 smoker with metastasized lung cancer surviving. I'll have an update tomorrow, I guess, depending on when we hear. So far he's doing ok.. looks alright. They have him loaded with morphine, so he's not feeling much pain. But there's a lot of pain to cover - he's getting breakthrough pain about every 2 hours. A normal dosing schedule of morphine would see him getting 4 hours of pain reduction per dose. Ah well. Time will tell.
