Summary: Reefside loses power, Ethan loses contact, Trent loses his shoe, and Conner loses a big stick. Kira comes through relatively unscathed--except that Dr. O may never let her housesit again. (G)

“Well, Trent’s eating popcorn,” Kira reported.
I enjoyed how Ethan had no idea what was going on, and how his fellow rangers were not helpful at all. They managed to answer his questions without actually answering them while being totally oblivious (or not?) about the fact they're doing it. *is very amused by this*

Dr. O had skipped town a few days back, off to some academic conference or cultural tour or something that Ethan was pretty sure was a cover for the fact that he had invented a time machine.
This line is fabulous!

Soundproofing. Very handy when the velociraptors got loose.
As is this one. *laughs* Oh man. There are too many for me to quote here! *glee*

“Hey, Ethan,” Kira said, wandering past with a mug in her hand. “Want something to drink? Juice or soda or something?”

“Yeah, whatever you’ve got,” he said, still staring at the plant. “What is that thing?”
Hahaha! This is so casual. "Hey, a giant mutant venus flytrap! Oh, sure, I'll have a coke!" XD

“Do you think he likes that plant better than he likes us?” Trent asked Kira.
I always enjoyed the playful banter this team had and you've captured it perfectly (and improved upon it, if I may say so) in this fic. :3
