I get yelled at a lot during my training. That may come as a surprise to many of you - but not to me. So far most of my time has been spent doing book work in the office. Maybe a 6 by 10 foot space with a computer and a safe and a ton of paperwork. Macguffin, essentially. I get yelled at a lot when I'm alone in there for hours - learning about 'Labor Management Systems' and 'Our Principles' and 'Is This Good For The Company?' ...Or at least feigning an interest in those things so they'll continue to cut me a paycheck.
I keep hoping the screaming artist in my head will somehow break out of my head and then break out of that room - only to turn around and kick the door down and throw a molotov cocktail at the wall behind me.
At the very least that would keep me from almost dozing off at that messy desk.
