So you know whats friggin good? Deathnote is friggin good.
Im loving it right now, every episode (yes im talking about the anime, i havent read the manga) ends with a great cliff-hanger, and theres always at least one very interesting or refreshingly original plotpoint per episode. I love the characters, and the story is very refreshing, I always feel like this is like nothing ive watched before. The music and direction are just superb, for instance that orchestral choir track that plays in the first episode as Light writes hundreds of names into the deathnote, sweeping the pen across the pages.
