Mark your calendars! Let's get ready to have some fun! Summer F.U.N. that is, each year the show gets bigger and better! Thanks to all of YOU that have supported the show. We look forward to seeing our FUN Members and friends again in July.

Florida United Numismatists, Inc., is hosting the 8th Annual Summer FUN Show in Orlando Florida!

When July 10th - 12th 2014

Where The convention will be held at the Orange County Convention Center West Concourse

Hours Of Operation The convention opens to the public at 10:00 A.M. Thursday July 10th and will run through 5:30 P.M. Saturday July 12th, 2014.

1:00 PM Educational Seminar. “World Coins; The Ultimate Collecting Experience,” by Bob Hurst. Current FUN Vice President Bob Hurst is a prominent dealer in world coins. His program will focus on the best ways to get the most enjoyment out of your foreign coin collecting experience. Room W304A.

2:30 PM Educational Seminar. “The Origins of the 1960 Small Date Lincoln Cents,” by B.J. Neff. The appearance of the small date Lincolns created an absolute sensation! Error and variety specialist B.J. Neff explains how these varieties were created in this fascinating program. Room W304A.

6:00 PM Dealer registration closes.

1:00 PM Educational Seminar. “One Man’s Junk is Another Man’s Treasure,” by Cindy Wibker. FUN board member Cindy Wibker’s program will serve as an introduction to exonumia - those tokens, medals and political items that sometimes served as alternatives to government-issued coins and paper money. It promises to be one of the most informative programs you will ever attend! Room W304A.

2:30 PM Educational Seminar. “Silver Dollar Recommendations for Mid-2014,” by Randy Campbell. The speaker has served on the FUN board since 1979 and has been a professional coin grader since 1989. Today, he turns his attention to those silver dollars he believes have a chance to appreciate in value over the long term. Room W304A.

12:30 PM Educational Seminar. “Pedigree and Hoard Coins and Currency,” by Rick Bretz. North Florida numismatist and author Rick Bretz specializes in items that once were part of some of America’s greatest collections. The Binion hoard, the Fitzgerald collection and the Cortez collection, among others, are covered in this highly entertaining program. Room W304A.
