PCGS Opens Office in China
PCGS Opens Office in China
The Professional Coin Grading Service opened a full-service grading and authentication office in Shanghai, China. Certifications of the first submitted coins occurred July 20.

On hand to witness the historic event were, left to right, Don Willis, PCGS president; Yu Jiwei, chairman of Shanghai Quanping Collectables Co., Ltd.; David Hall, Collectors Universe president and PCGS co-founder; David Chau, sponsor of the Shanghai Coin Expo; and. Muriel Eymery, PCGS vice president of international business.
