Life Bites
Man, I'm so bummed out....life is going no where for me right now. Some of you already know about my knee injury, but some of you all dont so here's your update...last friday night i was playing with varsity soccer, i was so excited. I've worked my ass off to get where i was. Well, the couch put me in and i was doing good..for 5 min.. and this girl kicked at my ankle and i jumped over her foot and when i landed my knee was locked. i thought i was ok so i tried to start running again but it kept giving out on me and the coach took me out. i kind of blew it off cuz i didn't think it was anything serious. the trainer wrapped my knee up with some ice and she told me to stay off of it. But i had presentation and i wasn't missing that. so i walked in heels saturday night. it didn't bother me too much. Genesis had me distracted making me laugh :} . i had fun and the pain wasn'tt hat bad. at school on Monday my trainer was feeling around on my knee and she said i might have torn my meniscus, thats the tissue between your knee joint. she set me up an appointment at the orthopedics Tuesday so i went and he told me i might have a slight tear in my ACL cuz me knee felt really loose. so i ended up taking an MRI. I just got the results yesterday....my menscus is torn really bad and my ACL is hanging by a thread. I started crying because i have worked my ass off to get to varsity and now its all gone down the drain. I was at the doctor's office during pics so i don't even get a picture with the team. I can't walk on it at all. it will be another 3 months till i can actually run on it. I'm getting surgery in 2 weeks. This sux so bad. On top of that I can't see Genesis, the one person who has been there for me the most besides Andrea. my parents need to get over what happened and move on from it, it was 5 months ago! Well, all I can pretty much do is sit around my house and get fat. This F***ing SUX!!!
