I think you know the deal with Accelerator. I'll tell you if I want just limited effectiveness.

I don't expect this to happen because Nana is a Good GirlTM, but limited effectiveness for Nana's vectors. Nana's prosthetic limbs respond to her vectors . . . somehow (canon does not give me much to work with here), and basically would probably not work quite as well without access to said vectors. I'd like to keep that much in tact.

Anyway commenting again to add in that Squid Girl is a squid and canon gives me no reason to believe that her abilities are supernatural in nature. I don't think Sakura hugs would have any effect.
