For all the people who wanted more Emotional Baggage, here it is - because the thought of carrying on post JE was irresistible (though also AU, by definition).

He can't bear to lose Donna, so he tries a solution that once worked with Rose. But things don't turn out quite as planned. He seems to have taken away the wrong memories.
“What’s the last thing you remember, Donna?” he asks, gently.
“Before I woke up with your tongue halfway down my throat?”
“Now that is just gratuitous exaggeration!” he protests, feeling his cheeks begin to burn. “It was a strictly functional gesture.”
“What was the function, then?” she demands. “Apart from your jaw muscles getting a workout? Is this some stupid idea of making Rose jealous?”
“Of course not!” he snapped. “Rose is in a parallel world.”
“I just saw her running down the street towards you, you prawn!”
Oh dear, oh dear.
