Fics: Ten/Rose and Donna Happy-Universe
Hello, all.
I come here with fic, although it's all stuff that's been previously posted. All can be read as standalones, but they also form part of a universe that loosely fits together (so this post is in the order I imagine they probably happened).
All star Ten/Rose and Donna, are AU and don't have spoilers for JE, are PG, and are one shots between 2,100 and 3,500 words in length.
Title: Paying Debts
Summary: 'Nobody looks good that skinny,' says Donna, rolling her eyes. ''Course, he doesn't help himself, wearing pinstripes all the time. Stretches him out like a twig even more. I've tried, believe me I have, but he just won't change his clothes.'
'I like the pinstripes,' says Rose, then pauses. 'Well, I like the brown ones.' She glances over to him and looks him up and down again. 'The blue's a bit... bright.'
Title: Human Relationships
Summary: 'You've got a date?' Donna gave him a Look, and he realised straight away where he'd gone wrong. 'Not that that's a surprise, of course. Date. Brilliant. Lovely. Who wouldn't want to date you?'
Donna's new relationship makes the Doctor think about his own relationship with Rose.
Title: Cakes, and Pink, Fizzy Stuff
Summary: Time Lords don't have birthdays,' he said sternly.
'Well that's a pity,' said Donna. 'Because that means Time Lords don't get birthday cake.'
The Doctor's mind, which had been running through various escape plans (each less plausible than the last) paused mid-thought. 'Cake?'
Rose and Donna finally figure out how old the Doctor is.
Title: To Honour and Obey
Summary: 'I think,' said Donna, one morning over breakfast, 'that you should get married.'
The Doctor paused mid bite and peered at her suspiciously. 'I... should get married?' he said eventually.
'To Rose,' added Donna, as though that clarified everything.
Title: Completely Predictable
Summary: 'You know, when you're separated by an entire universe, I'm completely on your side and will give you nothing but support and friendship,' said Donna. 'When she's somewhere else in the TARDIS it begins to get silly.'
Rose is hiding from the Doctor and Donna knows she's the only one who can work out what's happening.
