Summary: When Jinki's vampire clan finally captures the head Alpha of the werewolf pack they're sworn enemies with, Jinki plans on using Minho's body against him to garner secrets, but Minho has a secret of his own.

Part Four

He woke up on a firm body, the sun on his back. The sun on his back? His eyes sprung open, which he regretted immediately, the glaring rays having the same effect on his sensitive eyes as alcohol has on a drunkard the next morning. Groaning at the pounding headache now tormenting him, he kept his eyes shut as he angrily poked at the man beneath him.

It was a common myth that vampires would ‘burst into flame’ in the sun. Not to say they didn’t treat it as if it would kill them. Vampires were just nocturnal by nature, so the bright rays usually caused temporary blindness, though some were more sensitive than others. Okay, so all vampires were more sensitive to the sun than Jinki was, but it still hurt his eyes and he still hated it equally. You’re welcome, sun.

The man he was lying on top of growled after a rather successful poke up his nose, but merely rolled them over so he was on top, his disheveled hair tickling at Jinki’s face as he snuggled into the crook of his neck, biting it absently. On the exact same spot Minho had marked so ‘lovingly’ last night in wolf form. Jinki hissed in pain, causing the wolf in question to sit up abruptly and look down at him in confusion.

“What are we doing here?”

“I don’t want to talk about that at the moment,” Jinki responded warily, forearm coming up to shield his eyes from the sun now beating down mercilessly onto him. Fuck you, sun, and after all we’ve been through together?

He heard more than saw the realization in Minho’s voice, “You tried to run away last night.”

“And I’m properly apologetic for it, now can we just get back to the camp?” he whined, doing his best to turn over onto his stomach with a full grown man straddling him. He figured he looked worse than he felt when the sight of his back produced a gasp from the man now hovering over him.

“He nearly killed you…” Minho whispered, feather soft fingers ghosting over the bruises and puncture wounds scattered across his back.

He? Jinki thought to himself. Had he not slept with Minho last night…?

“You shouldn’t have run away, no one could have controlled their wolf in that sort of situation,” Minho said chidingly. When his hands made to check between his cheeks, Jinki was flipping over faster than you could say date rape, the arm not shielding his eyes swatting Minho’s probing fingers away angrily.

“Don’t do that. Seriously, you wolves are fucked up. You don’t see me trying to wake you up by sticking my finger up your ass.”

Minho growled, but had the decency to look embarrassed. “That’s not what I was doing and you know it.”

“Regardless, the only reason I’m still hurting is because I haven’t fed since then. I’m weak, and the sun isn’t helping matters,” he grumbled, gingerly sitting up, noting every ache and pain throughout his sore body. Okay, so maybe he did feel as bad as he looked. When Minho made to pick him up gently, he scoffed. “What, not gonna drag me around by my legs today?”

“I just said I couldn’t control my wolf last night,” he said in annoyance, as if that were apology enough, before placing him in his lap, face to face, after they were safely in the shadows of the tree line.

“You say it like your wolf is another person, which, for the record, is a rather schizophrenic thing to admit,” he said blandly, his tongue playing with his aching canines. When was he going to get to eat?

“For lack of a better phrasing, he is another entity inside of me, and as aggravating as this is for me, I really don’t remember much of last night.”

“Ah, that explains a lot.” Explains why you didn’t respond to your own name at least, also that wolves are as fucking insane as I had originally thought! His inner monologue was sidetracked, however, when his eyes caught sight of Minho’s pulse beating steadily along his neck.

“….it does?” the wolf asked uncertainly, watching Jinki’s eyes light up to a glowing red in the otherwise dark canopy they were sitting under. And damn his pulse for quickening in excitement.

“Sure it does,” Jinki sing songed. “Now how about I get some much needed sustenance?”

“You aren’t paying attention at all, are you?” Minho sighed, barely having enough time to tilt his head to the side in faux nonchalance before Jinki’s fangs were piercing into the skin there. He wasn’t sure if all vampires could do it -seeing as how Jinki was the only one who’d ever drank from him- but whenever those teeth bit into his flesh, a euphoric sensation would wash over his entire body, making the bite feel unimaginably good. When Jinki’s hard cock pressed up against his stomach as he leaned in to get their bodies that much closer, Minho’s own sprang to life, but when he went to grab at the boy’s hips, he flinched above him. So he wasn’t entirely healed yet, but seeing as how he was hard above him, he wasn’t hurt there.

Lifting his own hips up, he enjoyed the feel of their cocks sliding against each other as he licked at his palm, until finally fisting them both in his wet hand. Jinki moaned into his neck, his small nails digging into his shoulders as he slid his hand roughly over the both of them, the precum sticky and slick against his fingers. Either Jinki was just easy to please, or he could feel the waves of pleasure from the bite as well, because they were cumming together a minute later, Jinki unlatching to throw his head back as he cried out.

The bruises didn’t heal immediately, but the puncture wounds did, flesh knitting together before his eyes as he turned him around to inspect him further. Jinki didn’t care much as Minho poked and prodded him, seemed rather drunk off his blood, actually, merely giggling when Minho’s hands slid against his ribs. Apparently his little leech was ticklish.

If his wolf were in control, he would have majorly taken advantage of that fact, the playful act no doubt turning into an all out fuck session afterwards, but that just wasn’t the kind of man Minho was. Fucking, yes, playing? Not so much, and with his wolf taking over completely the night before, it was much easier to push his urges aside now, his animal instincts weaker than they had been in a while.

Doing his best to wipe the cum off the both of them, he was once again hoisting Jinki into his arms before sprinting back to the camp, his steps as light as he could make them so he didn’t jostle the still healing vampire that was moving his hands playfully in the wind like a child. He briefly wondered how long the happy go lucky Jinki in his arms would last before he was back to his normal pissy self.

Not long.

“Don’t you ever let me get that low on blood again!” Jinki hissed, the nail marks across Minho’s scowling face healing as fast as he had caused them.

“It’s not like you were in danger of dying,” Minho growled, his hand coming up to see if he was still bleeding from Jinki’s dainty claws moments before. No, so Jinki drinking from him earlier hadn’t affected him that much, though apparently the same couldn’t be said the other way around.

“Werewolf blood is a hundred times more potent than the average humans. Starving me for days and then letting me drink till I’m practically overflowing is the same effect as getting me drunk, you asshole! You think I would normally act like that?” he practically screamed.

“One could hope,” Minho muttered, thankful they were back in their tent where prying eyes couldn’t see when Jinki threw the closest thing at his disposal at him: the bed. He dodged it, watching with a sigh as it flew out the side of the tent, a piercing yelp resounding as it smacked another wolf in the face and onto the ground. A gang of male wolves all looked into the tent that now had a torn, gaping hole in the side of it, eyes wide as they looked between him and Jinki.

“Keep staring and I’ll give you a real reason to be scared of me,” Jinki hissed, teeth biting down into the air. The wolves were gone in record time, a select few raising their eyebrows at Minho before trotting off.

“Look, I really don’t have time for this. Believe it or not, being the alpha of a werewolf pack is a lot of work.”

“Well I’ll be sure to thoroughly appreciate the ‘work’ he does when I actually meet him!”

Minho had been turning to leave Jinki to his own destructive devices, but stopped midstep. “Who told you?” he whispered, head turning slowly to glare at him with animalistic eyes.

Jinki had a split second to decide what he wanted to do, out Taemin and potentially never get anything out of the boy ever again, but effectively taking Minho’s anger off of him for the time being, or sucking it up and just being as bitchy as inhumanly possible. “Like anyone had to tell me, you weren’t the only one I played with back at the castle, you know. Your Alpha’s quite the ride.” Oh, looks like he was going with option B. Joy.

The hurt look that entered Minho’s eyes shocked him, but the complete switch to a growling madman shocked him even more. He just stood there as Minho rushed him, accepting that he was most likely going to get beaten to death, but the fist flying at his face stopped a mere inch from his cheek, a mental battle raging behind Minho’s rage filled eyes. He watched with hesitant curiosity as his pupils expanded, the blue color being cut in half by black, though not as bad as it had been last night in wolf form.

The hand by his face grew claws, but it cupped Jinki’s chin lovingly, before Minho was growling softly, “Don’t ever try to draw out my anger, I can’t always guarantee your safety.” He tapped him with two fingers under the chin affectionately before he was turning to leave him alone.

Jinki watched in confusion as Minho then calmly walked out of the tent, tail swishing absently before he thought to yell out, “At least give me some clothes, you animal!”

After he had pulled the bed back in and fixed it to the best of his abilities -placing it in the same place it had been before and otherwise doing absolutely nothing to the broken piece of furniture- he sat on the dilapidated thing with a sigh, falling back onto it to stare up at the ceiling. Ignoring the bed’s shift in movement as the remaining legs buckled beneath his weight, he turned his head to look out the open side of the tent. He had thought it was stuffy in here before anyway.

He snarled at the few people he saw walking around merrily, going off to do wolfy things no doubt. It was probably no later than two in the afternoon, yet here they all were going about their daily lives. Disgusting. He silently cursed the sun, rolling over to try to get some sleep, but his body rebelled, his mind too wound up. Why hadn’t Minho hit him? Why had he shown a complete 180 in his mood right after? And why was he left alone with no one guarding him? Most people would assume he wouldn’t be stupid enough to try to escape again so soon, but most people would be wrong.

The last question was answered for him, however, when his fluffy haired minion once again made his way into the tent, a smile on his face and a hat in his hand.

“What is that?” Jinki asked Taemin distastefully, sitting up on the bed and scooting over so he could join him.

“It’s for your eyes, Minho wanted you to have it,” Taemin shrugged, handing it to him shyly.

Jinki took it with a grimace, but said, “And why didn’t he just bring it to me himself?”

“Are you kidding? Half of him wants to kill you at the moment and just be done with it,” he said with a tsk. Like Taemin was someone who could judge how well his life was going anyway.

“You creatures talk so strangely, like you’re all playing Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.” Taemin merely shrugged, not wanting to say anything more on that particular matter.

“I’m supposed to take you to our healer so he can have a closer look at you; supposedly you had a rough time of it last night?” Taemin said in the form of a question, though he eyed the mark on his neck knowingly. Jinki slapped him in the face -playfully, by his standards- before standing up, placing the idiotic floppy hat on his head. Naked in every sense of the word except for a hat? Whatever, he could rock it.

When he stepped out of the tent with Taemin at his side, however, he scowled, grateful that the hat covered much of his face. “Taemin.”

“Yes?”

“Why are we the only ones not wearing clothes?”

“We aren’t the only ones,” he assured with a roll of his eyes, pointing to the same group of boys that had been peeking in on he and Minho’s tiff earlier.

“But still, you things wear clothes regularly?”

“Eh, not a lot, but we have clothes for when we need them. I think the others are just starting to wear them so as not to scare you. I’ve been spreading the word around that you’re Minho’s mate,” he whispered into his ear, giving him a thumbs up as if he’d done a good thing when he looked over at him with a dubious expression. A few wolves even bowed to him slightly as they walked past.

“That’s it. We’re going back in the tent.”

“Oh, no, we’re not. If I don’t get you to the healer, Minho will have my pelt,” he whined, big eyes looking at him pathetically. He grumbled under his breath, but took off with a steady stride, Taemin having to run after him and turn him in the other direction. Hey, it wasn’t his fault he didn’t know where he was going.

They stopped briefly for Taemin to talk to the other naked wolves he had pointed out earlier, mentioning to one of the taller ones that he should go see Yixing too. Whoever the hell that was. Another one smart mouthed that he was too stupid for his own good and deserved everything he had coming to him, which only made the boy Taemin was now telling him was Chanyeol whine. Jinki liked this smaller wolf. He could be added to his animal followers.

Until he turned on him and scoffed, “What’s with the weird fashion statement?” Jinki scratched him off the list before he had even learned his name.

“Baekhyun,” Taemin said warningly, making weird eyes up at Jinki and back as if to warn the wolf from trying to start shit with him. Jinki looked past all of them, choosing to ignore that his pet was now making really strange gestures at his side.

“You know, your name is eerily close to that meat the servants back home liked to eat,” Jinki said with a clap of his hands, as if he’d made a fun connection. “You act a lot like the livestock your name stems from too,” he said just as cheerfully, smirking when the taller boy -Chanyeol?- had to hold Baekhyun back from jumping at him.

“I say that all the time!” another one of the boys said with a smile, shrugging when Baekhyun turned his glare on him.

“Well, I’d love to stay and chat, Bacon, but we have a healer to see,” Jinki shrugged unapologetically, making to walk away once again, but a female was now blocking his path, 8 other girls fanned out behind her.

“Shit,” Taemin whispered beside him, tail going between his legs before he was running to hide behind the eleven boys to their right, leaving Jinki alone with the newcomers.

“What, more welcome committee members?” Jinki said with a sigh, but added, “You know, I was starting to think everyone walking around naked was a bad thing, but I see I should have waited until I’d seen you first,” he said, his eyes roaming the girls before him. The one that was practically chest to chest to him growled threateningly, eyes going full wolf. “Taemin,” Jinki said calmly, watching the once small girl shift into a wolf practically twice his size, “What the hell did I do to this bitch? It was a compliment.”

“Oh, that?” Baekhyun said before Taemin could get a word out. “That’s Yuri. You know, the wolf that was sleeping with Minho before you showed up?”

“Ahhhhh,” Jinki said. “Listen, lady, you can ha-“ but he never got to finish his sentence, the silver wolf shoving him up and back a good ten feet into another damned tent, the thing falling apart as he slammed into it at an odd angle, his hat flying off in the process. “That,” Jinki growled, eyes squinting against the sun, “was not very nice.”

His hands had been shaking something fierce before when she had turned in front of him, but now that he could barely see anything thanks to the sun happily shining onto him with his hat gone, he wasn’t half as scared as he had been. Plus, this chick wasn’t even close to the size of Minho’s wolf, or any of the other male wolves he had seen walking around on hind legs. He could take her…. Or at least he was 80 percent sure he could.

He had less than a minute to rip off a part of the tent and tie it over his burning eyes before she was on top of him again, her snarls wet with what he could only guess was saliva. Dodging a few snaps of her teeth, he was happy that he had guessed right before, he could beat her, and he was faster than her. Props to him.

But when his hand went up, his own razor sharp claws elongating -he had been planning to rip out her heart- he heard Taemin scream, “You can’t hurt her, Jinki! Minho will kill you!”

“So either she can kill me now, or Minho can kill me later, is that it? Oh gee, what great options,” he yelled back sarcastically, but it had distracted him enough for her to stab her three inch claws into his shoulder. He screamed angrily, falling back and pulling her with him until he could get his legs up under her, kicking her up over his head, her nails pulling out of him at an odd angle, slicing open even more skin. Fuck, that had hurt like a bitch, and he had just fed too…

Her feet hit the ground hard as she came back at him at full speed, but he was ready now, blocking out all other sounds but hers. Thankfully her little buddies hadn’t decided to join in on the fun. He sidestepped her, pushing her much heavier weight into the ground, her momentum helping her along until she was muzzle first on the ground. Jinki didn’t give her a chance to get back up, one of his legs coming up and then immediately back down between her neck and shoulder. The wolf was knocked unconscious instantly, her form shifting back into human moments later, not that Jinki could see it.

“Shit, you killed her,” Taemin freaked, running up to the unconscious girl.

“No, he didn’t kill her,” the annoying voice he now recognized as Baekhyun’s interjected. “It’s a pressure point. He probably did the least amount of damage he could have on her.”

“Oh, you’re right…” he pondered, before his bare foot was slamming into the girl’s ribs hard. He heard a crack moments later, but wasn’t sure if it was from her ribs or his foot. Probably both. Taemin dragged him away from the girl before he thought to do any more damage to her, but Jinki had always learned to kick people while they were down. You lived a lot longer that way.

“Okay, now we really need to get you to the healer,” Taemin sighed, piggybacking Jinki when the boy had refused to walk, mostly because he was pretty certain his foot was broken.

“What about her posse?”

“The boys took your side, believe it or not. They held them back. You’re lucky, they hold a lot of influence in the pack, a few of them are even practically as high up in the hierarchy as Jonghyun is.”

“You must mean ranking, not height, right?” Jinki joked half heartedly, happy when he was once again seated inside a tent.

“And what do we have here?” a new, gentle voice said in front of him, his makeshift blindfold being pulled off by… a human?
