A day late, But the Ratings Guide is up

So I spent an hour typing up a Ratings Guide and another 25 minutes changing the ratings of the previous four sues (if I change the rating, I have to change the tags, then I have to change the memory category and the Memories page is always "temporarily unavailable". Psh

I'm not sure, but most of the fandom thinks Roy is in his late twenties/early thirties, and assume Hughes is the same age.

Yeah, its stated in one of the guides that Riza is 25, and Roy is 4 years older (though Arawaka-sensei pokes fun at him in some omakes for being 30 now.) I think Hughes is the same age as Roy, or just slightly older.
