Hmmm...I'm not sure. I mean, I could probably help with the "making" part of the costume but I wouldn't know exactly what you'd like to dress up as.

Aluminum for the helmet, and I've got a bit more for the rest...

Have you made sure to reinforce it with some sort of cardboard or maybe poster board? And for the suit, attaching the boards to fabrics so it's wearable without tearing?
