[Actually, the Aggron was named Colonel, and named so because of how lazy he usually is, so don't worry, he was named after Mustang, not you.]

They're not chimeras. They're called Pokemon. Mustang was holding on to that one for me for a while and "forgot" to tell me it evolved. [He's glaring at you because of that smirk you're wearing. Apparently everyone enjoys themselves when they see Ed in pain. I know I do.]

Yeah. You'll know when it happens because they start glowing to the point where you can't look at it. When the light fades they're different.

Yup. It happens to most Pokemon. Some do that after you train them and they grow to a certain point, others use certain rocks, and I think you have to trade for some others too.
