Pictures are done and PhotoDiscs are in production. Now if I can just get my printer to work...

For starters, I finished the photos for the Hi-Liners last night, including the stitching together of the cast photos. For the Music Man, I shot three or four individual photos of the kids and then stitched them together into one large, panoramic photo. Frankly, I liked the result of the photo that gives a high level of detail. I did that again this time as well, but not just for the main cast photo. As is tradition in the Hi-Liners as of resent years, the kids like doing a "goofy" cast photo as well where they get to make faces, lounge, and do what ever. I shot this photo as a panoramic one as well, though it was a might harder to stitch the images together.

At issue is the fact that kids are little bundles of motion to begin with. Now allow them to contort them selves into weird positions and hold that through 4 shots, each with a 1/2 second shutter speed. Needless to say, some moved and some moved more than others. So I got creative in my stitching. Fortunately I provide a lot of over lap and make everything work through deleting portions of the top layer to expose the one under it. Especially when an arm goes from one's side to the top of their chest between shots.

Oh well, life goes on. :)
