Ok so what have I been up to lately. Well, pretty much I go to school, go lift, and come back home. I been lookin for a job and I've got applications in at a lot of places so I hope to land a fulltime job or a fulltime and a part time job for over the summer.

Other than tryin to find some work I been liftin... tryin to get in shape and what not. I have been doing this for a month now, and I've lost 5 lbs and am lifting 40% more than when I started. Since muscle weighs more than fat and I have gotten stronger.. I'm thinking I've lost like 8 lbs of fat or so. I can notice a difference in my upper body.

Want to get in better shape? Lift 3 days a week, always do aerobic exercises as well. Drink alot of water, very few soft drinks. Cut out 90% of the fast food you eat, as well as the junk. Its more of a lifestyle now than a lifting routine. Yeah whatever I'm happy.

I get my extra hour of daylight tomorrow. Good! I have crap I need to do. Peace.
