For the third time in four years, someone has dressed up as me for halloween.
First it was Emily A, then my colleague Adam, and now my boss Ken. He showed up wearing argyle socks, crocs, black carhartts, a black hoodie, black rimmed glasses, and a chrome bag. He then sipped coffee all day from a stainless steel thermal mug while talking about the most amazing thing he saw on his ride in to work, and of his exciting plans to go diving and work on his bike all weekend.
Imitation is the highest form of flattery.
Does anyone have any experience buying used cellphones or new-old stock? I finally killed my cellphone by exposing it to too much rain on my ride into work this morning. I have found some companies that sell new or reconditioned Nokia 6010 phones. They claim these phones are unlocked. Do you just buy the phone, put your sim-card in and call it good? None of the phones offered by ATT are durable or simple enough for my hard wearing lifestyle and luddite attitude towards cellular phone technology. Am I asking for trouble by buying a phone from someone other than ATT?
