OK here's the response I got after mailing the administrative assistant suggesting for constructive criticism. Clearly this isn't worth answering.....
Yes - here's a suggestion - stop being discriminatory, inflammatory, and
sexist. I would suggest that you replace the word "women" with "men" in your
poster, read it yourself, and see if you find it offensive. If so, then
perhaps you should revise it until you no longer find it offensive. At that
time, perhaps it would be acceptable to send to the faculty.
Or here is another suggestion - send it to the Ombudsperson to vet prior to
sending it out to faculty. It may end up there sooner or later anyway.

suggestion came from me - I have nothing to hide.
