Wow! Orthotics
For those of you who don't know, I have very low foot arches (almost none). I've also been having lower back pain to varying degrees for the last year. Well, my back pain was recently joined by arch pain, so I went to Target and bought some WalkFit orthotics. They were $20 bucks. I thought I'd regret getting them, but WOW!!!! They tell you to accustom yourself to them gradually, but I don't want to take them off! I didn't know they would get rid of my back pain, which came back when I took them off for a minute.
Definitely worth the $20!!!
