Rent
My Apt Building
Originally uploaded by full_exposure. So, I saw an Open House sign in front of my building for a studio apt that is available for rent there. On the sign it said the rent is $1,050. That is my rent there right now for my 1 bedroom. I wonder if it will go up.... damn. I knew I got a deal by coming in on a guy who left his lease early or something. I like my pad so, I hope it doesn't go up too crazy.
