[The illness that overtook Somarium has been lightening up, but its effects on the mind are lingering. Souji had been sick for much longer than a month's time, but this special concoction of hallucinations and idiocy that Somarium has 'blessed' upon anyone ill is all a bit new. He has been in control of himself enough to stay indoors; not go to work, not patrol the streets thinking he was an officer.
But the combination of boredom and illusion has finally gotten to him. He's turned on the Dreamberry in hopes of speaking to someone in particular...]
Kondou-san, are you here yet?
