1. filter > sharpen > sharpen
2. new layer, fill it with pink (#f8b8ca) ~ screen 43% opacity
3. duplicate the original image, drag it to the top ~ hard light 100% opacity
4. new layer, fill it with dark blue (#191246) ~ exclusion 47% opacity
5. set this texture to screen 100%
