Natsume has a tendency towards nudism so there are many points in the day (when not in public -- he's not a total idiot lmao) where he'll just ... take his shirt off or walk around the house naked, much to his middle brother's annoyance, ahahaha. He's not really trying to flaunt his body or anything, it's just more comfortable like that and he forgets that he's not wearing anything. (when he is dressed he dresses like this guy I guess)
Other details: Natsume can be a little unkempt at times because he's so sleepy and dazed a lot of the time. He's always clean and all, but his clothes are just a little wrinkly because he falls asleep in them and he cannot tie his school tie (I ASSUME THEY HAVE TIES??) straight to save his life. He kind of wobbles sleepily when he walks and in general makes people want to take care of him without meaning to.

First child of the Amamiya family. When he was a small child he scored highly on some pretty impressive tests and his parents thought that he was surely destined to be a great scholar or something like that. In order to impress them, he lived up to their standards as much as he could--he even found scoring well to be somewhat of a fun challenge.
The family changed completely after the death of Fuyuka, Shuuki's twin sister, when Natsume was 15. Nobody knows exactly what happened that day except for Natsume, who was with her, but she died in an accident while the two of them were spending time together in town. The police that arrived on the scene afterwards ruled the whole thing an accident, but the entire family was distraught. Natsume had just started high school and his grades took a nosedive because of all the stress. His parents blamed him for Fuyuka's death and people around their neighborhood seemed to also blame him for it. While he himself knew that it was an accident and that, logically, it wasn't his fault, he took the blame without fighting back and his personality became a lot more withdrawn.
To this day, his parents basically ignore him and act like he doesn't exist, though the reason they give is because of his poor grades, which never improved after he got used to doing badly in school.
P E R S O N A L I T Y
The first thing everyone says about Natsu is that he has a very cold, aloof personality. It's exceedingly rare to see him angry, for him to even raise his voice or care much about anything. He always appears sleepy and it takes his brothers or people close to him to keep him interested enough in the present to stay awake. While he is intelligent, he doesn't put forth much effort towards things that he doesn't like--which is almost everything. He can be very stubborn about this, silently refusing to do anything he doesn't like or doesn't believe is just. Natsu prefers people, places, and things that are interesting and has no interest in people who are boring or shallow. He isn't mean to anyone, exactly, he just won't spend much time with them by choice if they're not interesting. He gives off a feeling of being a "gentle giant" from afar, but is nonetheless somewhat hard to approach for a multitude of reasons. Once a stranger gets a little closer to him, he can be rather cold.
It takes him a long time to warm up to someone, acting much like a cat. Once he has let you into his "inner circle" (so to speak), however, he will be fiercely loyal and affectionate, often to ridiculous extremes. Natsu loves to cook and has a part-time job working as an assistant pastry chef. (he has to help do odd jobs, too, so has gotten somewhat muscular from hefting heavy bags of flour, etc) Besides this, he spends most of his time reading books about astronomy and taking care of his two younger brothers, whom he cooks for every day and showers with affection. He used to be well-liked by girls because of his looks, but over time they've realized that he is much too eccentric for them. Natsu is something of a loner and spends his time alone sleeping.
His negative traits are that he tends to be unemotional (at least on the outside and to people he doesn't love), stubborn, mysterious, temperamental, eccentric, hard to understand, spiteful, and unpredictable.

- He makes C's in all of his classes except for two: Home Economics, in which he has a perfect score, and curiously, Japanese (literature). He really loves Japanese poetry.
- Apparently can only watch films that are Disney and hand-animated. He knows the words to all the songs in the Disney classic movies -- in English, even though he doesn't understand the language. Falls asleep watching any other kind of movie.
