“Recently hanging out outside has become a rare thing for me. But lazily hanging around the house all the time is useless, isn’t it? Of course basking in the sun, breathing fresh air, you can’t help but being active. The other day I rode my bike again after a long time, and there it was again, that great feeling of qickly cutting through the wind. I was cycling around my home area with three friends from middle school. While we were talking about “How’s your high school?”, “Middle school was fun, wasn’t it?” and such things, we rode around the park we often used to hang out at, our old middle school, all the old shops and streets. I was relieved that the atmosphere of my home town, as well as my old friends, hadn’t changed at all, that was really nice. I first rode a bike when I was in kindergarten. I had my dad teach me, but I’d fall down over and over, and no matter how many times I’d fall down, I wasn’t able to ride it… For a long time I rode it with the training wheels attached. To remember that now is kinda embarassing. So when I did it properly for the first time I was really happy. Even now I often think back to the feeling of that time. Nowadays it feels good to be at the beach, going far, riding your bike along the beach with all your strength. And sweating a lot.”
