(no subject)
So, went to the Glasgow and Famous Merchants IC munches last night.
It was alright; I'm not big on socialising at the best of times. People were pretty good with trying to lull me out of it though, so once I got going (and got slightly drunk) it was much better. Hung about with Lorraine, Mitch and Nicole most of the time; turns out Mitch goes to the same uni as me, so that just devolved into talking shop.
Nothing new then.
Still have to finish Water's site... it's mainly writing the spiel now, and some basic admin/tracking functions. Shouldn't take me past Sunday to finish, if I work at it tomorrow. Also, it would appear I won't get my SLC payment until I enrol... which isn't til mid-September. The money off Waters'll clear my current debt to the bank, but I'm fucked after that, unless I can con the 'rents out of some money... which I should be able to. Apparently the sister found a P60 of dad's (the ones he loses the second he gets them) which has his 2005/6 earnings... which are less than what I told SAAS of. If she's not bullshitting, I'll have them amend my application - might get the YSB afterall.
