(no subject)
Apparently I won the university Court Medal for Internet Technologies Third Year. It would feel like more of an acheivement if I had felt at all challenged, or if the number of students had been higher. Still, I always rationalise like that when I acheive anything. I suppose it's a good sign.
Meeting with Gallagher at 11 tomorrow to get some stuff about the Honours project - like I predicted, it's me, Andy and Aileen who are going ahead with Honours. Hey, less competition for next years Court Medal, eh?
So I dumped doing SysV - don't really feel as if I've got the time to run it properly. I start doing Higher Maths on the 29th (Tuesday nights, 6 til 9 - no more GW for me, which isn't that much of a loss), univeristy starts the third week in September, and I'll be working on the Significant Bit project from September. I just hope uni stays as easy as it was last term.
New gateway'll be here soon - a shiny new D-Link with 802.11b/g and ADSL2+ support. Fun stuff.
