Also differrent and challenging is to make each statement more clear and solid by relating it to something that's going on in your life right now.
Mostly out of boredom, I'll do this for myself using your statements.
Life will always keep progressing. You have the choice to go with it or to stay the same. So stop waiting for your life to happen and make it happen.
There's this crazy old black man that spends all day every day on the corner of 5th and Pike at Westlake Center holding out a sign and spouting some gibberish about the SPD kicking him out of the Frye Apartments and how because of this, they're communists. Totally consumed by anger, his life does progress in the physical sense, but he choses to allow himself to be stuck in the past.
I on the other hand spend every waking moment making life happen, focused on the step in front of me knowing that it'll make the steps to come easier.
Outward growth is channeled by inward healing.
I remember in the past being sort of... turned off by some your thinking because of how inconcrete it is. I'm totally unsure what "outward growth" is. Relationship to the outer world? So if I heal myself from within, my relationship with the people I share the world with will also be healed?
