(no subject)
I forgot to mention that I started cat sitting for one of my mom's friends, Pauline. The little kitty's name is Brie, and she's an adorable little white cat! Very lovey... though a little neurotic lol I'll get a picture of her at some point; she's really a little cutie. So while I didn't get a job at any of the academies around here, at least I'm making some money. Also, the girl I taught piano last year is coming back home next week, and apparently she wants to learn cello! Sadly, I didn't know that until tonight, so I don't have any beginning books for her... but I can hopefully find something in Seoul. I think she's big enough to be playing on a full size cello, so she'll just use mine - which will also insure that someone is using it while I'm not here.
Monsoon season is supposed to start up next week. It rained quite a bit the first couple of weeks I was here, but it's been dry since then. It's been sprinkling all night though. I saw a bunch of people walking around with umbrellas. I could barely feel any rain whatsoever... you'd think these people never got any! lol Let's hope I don't flood anything this summer.
Apparently I'm a tasty treat, as Brie keeps chewing on my arm!
