almost done!
I had my jury this morning. It went fairly well, almost no nerves. The only big problem was when I had a massive adrenaline rush during the fast part of the B section of the Kol Nidrei. Got a little carried away... woops lol But I feel confident about it. I feel I've fix the big thing that Pablo has been having me work on these last few weeks (bow distribution and fluidity), and I feel that my vibrato has majorly improved since last semester (and that's the big thing that Dylana told me I needed to work on after last jury). So it went very well!
As for my piano. Now more than ever, I feel like this class has been a joke. I seriously would have given myself a C (a C+ if I was feeling kind) for my final, and she gave me an A. I know I shouldn't complain about this, but really, how does this help me? Oh well.
I walked back and forth across campus 3 time today. That usually wouldn't be a big deal, but I was wearing dress shoes, so now my ankles and feet are killing me! They'll be better in a bit though. At least they better be, as I'm going hiking on Wednesday with Tyler, and possibly Charlan if she is able to. We're going to the dunes next to Felt Mansion. It's been a year since I've been there, so I'm looking forward to it; definitely a great way to chill after finals.
Currently watching Yo-Yo Ma play Dvorak!!!! Youtube is a brilliant thing :D I can't believe I saw him play this in concert and don't remember it! This man is a genius!
