different anon but they're over it. tired of the being away from their families and friends, wanting to pursue other ventures in their lives. i know at least SOME of the members won't be done with music forever, but brand new is definitely fading out on purpose.

different anon.
So they are slowly reducing their time devoted to the band, but I'm pretty sure the only confirmed thing (well Jesse said it) is that this might be their last physical CD. Which I am sad about, but it's understandable, and plus .. digitally released BN (see fork and knife) is fantastic

If you read the new Rock Sound article it makes sense. (I'm lazy, but go to absolutepunk.net and they have it in the news section). Makes me sad. I wouldn't mind Brand New touring once a year and taking Thrice or Manchester Orchestra with them every run. Plus the whole no more touring thing would make sense also since their final show of the tour ends in New York and it seems to be a huge all out thing.
one of their new songs
this upcoming album, daisy, is the last full cd they're putting out. and their upcoming tour could be their last one, though it hasn't been confirmed
