nothing beats a P'UNK shirt.
i've decided to quit facebook, or rather, stop visiting it that often. the only reason i'm sort of still hung up on it, is because my pet, CurvyBarley, looks like a cheese priest now. i kid you not. and i also believe that he's so hideous, to the point that he looks funny.

how could i possibly abandon him? he's too creepy/cute.
that aside, school is starting in a few weeks, which is a bummer. i spent most of my holidays working... hardly had time to rot away properly. it's really sad that i'm just tired on my off days... and can't really be bothered to do something nice or fun. but work is pretty good, the company there makes all the shitty customers bearable. however that doesn't mean i still don't want to throw a chair at some of them. what's wrong with people? have they not heard of being nice to others?
perhaps the world will really end in 2012, all because of all these ungrateful scumbags. but hey, anything after 2011 is fine... as long as the 20th Anniversary of L'Arc is still on.
i skipped my friend's birthday chalet a few days ago. i think they were pissed. but i really don't care anymore. they were all 'it's her birthday! how can you not come! why didn't you buy her a present?!' when i informed them. firstly, they never EVER remembered my birthday even though i've known them for 3 years. i'm pretty much nonexistant in that area. i don't remember them being that nice to me, it's like doormat treatment. and i'm sick of all that shit. not having an urge like clubbing like every damn day does not make me any less of a human. so byebye, stupid ex-colleagues. i don't want to keep in touch with most of them.
ooh i went for the SOIL & "PIMP" SESSIONS performance at the Mosaic Music Festival, a while back. they're absolutely amazing live! they're definitely one of my favourite jazz bands now. they make saxophonists and trumpeters look extremely sexy. there's just something about musicians, isn't it? oh, there were these 2 girls, who remained seated throughout the entire show, even though they were sitting in the 5th row. i guess it must have looked pretty strange from the stage, as the saxophonist came down, jumped up on the chair next to them and blew really hard into his saxophone over them. how awesome is that.
we had a karaoke outing today! and i was impressed to find L'Arc and Shiina Ringo songs at the selection. i'll go, just for the sake of L'Arc songs. the only song i managed to squeeze in today was Pieces.... but i felt really happy even though i sounded like crap haha! i'm going to one with my sister next week.. can't wait! i hope the other place has a wider selection of L'Arc songs.
Detroit Metal City has to be one of the funniest movies of 2008. i've watched it thrice in the theatres and omg it just doesn't get old! i'm buying the dvd when it's out. Kenichi Matsuyama is so adorable in there... just like Robo, his character from the series, Sexy Voice and Robo. just that Robo doesn't run like a sissy lol! Robo runs like a freaking otaku<3 MAX ROBO!!! i love him for he's such an oddball. is it me, or does the fuckingham palace song in DMC just seem so similar to the L'Arc performance where hyde just said fuck all the way? XD
my friend just came back from Taiwan a week ago... and i apologise about any mean stuff i've ever said about him. it was only said in the moment of anger, as he pissed me off for a while. he's a really nice guy, i swear he is!! he just got on my nerves for that one time. anyway, he passed me a P'UNK-EN-CIEL shirt! the one that hyde was wearing in Theatre of Kiss! and the pamphlet too, from the concert. L'Arc is so awesome as after the tour pamphlets were sold out, you could give your particulars to the staff at the booth, and they'd order copies of the pamphlet for you! just that well, it comes a few months later. but how amazing is that! so yes, now i'm the happy owner of the tour pamphlet with shiny pictures and engrish that's made of WINWINWIN. that really made my month.
i'm now a total Shiina Ringo convert too. she's too awesome to be true. i beileve that she's one of the most interesting people on Earth.
i'm so sorry for bitching that much. but yes, i'm giving up facebook to come back to lj. i love my elephants wallpaper and miss all of you too much. this time it's for real. i'm getting my life back. i cannot believe how much i've missed typing in this window lol!
by the way, Hitam is a bit fatter now. her tummy is quite a lot rounder, so now it's more difficult for her to escape from our grasps haha! she has destroyed two sets of my earphones and i suspect that she's a yakuza rabbit of mass destruction.
