HIGH SCHOOL REFLECTION ESSAY
1. Have I earned a high school diploma based upon the work I've done in high school?
Answer: No I have done shit in my 4 years of high school. If you were to look closely at my work in my "portfolio" you will see that the majority of the projects were done a day before or in some cases the day they were due. If you look closely you can also see the A at the bottom of those papers. My whole high school career has been like that. I have managed the art doing absolute shit and the bare minimum and making it look like i did the best work ever. So when you hand me my diploma, i will take it with a smile, politely ask you to bend over and i will swiftly shove it up your ass, and calmly walk off the platform and back to my seat with a smile on my face :)
2. What unique skills, talents, or characteristics have I developed?
Answer: I have developed the talent of ignoring everyone. I have larned that in high school it is best to just ignore the world around you and do your thing. THere are a few people who are there for you and those are the people that you make fun of everybody else with. I have learned teh art of bullshiting and i think i deserve a bullshitting diploma! If you look closely you cansee that my proposal letter was buillshit and my whole grad project will be bullshit. Why? cause it means nothing. You will look at it, give me a check and i will graduate. Then that entire project will be thrown in the trash. No one will ever look at it in colleges. If i showed them the project they would laugh and ask what asshole made me do htis. And i will gladly smile and say the Souderton Area School District did! :)
3. What impression would someone have of me after looking at my portfolio and other high school work?
Answer: They will laugh. THey will ask me whose bullshit i dea it ws to make me put together a portfolio. I wills mile and proudly proclaim it was the leader of our school the lady in the wetsuit. They will look through my portfolio and praise on my ability to keep my insanity while cranking out bullshit reports and interviews for my portfolio. They will smile at the thickness of my portfolio since i stuffed it sophmore year so i didn't have to do anything junior year. THey will commend me on my ability to make a short german skit look like a huge 3 act play (because they'll see the video tape and the thick packet of papers that incluse re-writes and final copies). They will pat me on the head and ahnd it to me as i happily light a match and watch it all melt away :)
4. What goals do I have to extend or expand my future?
Answer: None i n my portfolio. I have no plans to expand on my german cow mobile or to further investigate the chemistry behind synthetic fibers or how the movie Traffic relates to my health curriculum. All my goals are personal and thanks to this portfolio, i have not expnaded ont hem because i was working on the shit projects in the portfolio. SO i will be starting over on my goals. The portfolio will be burned and i will be rid of all the pointless obituaries for history projects i had to write and all the poems i wrote on scientists. I will finally be able to concentrate on what i want. ANd i have learned that high school is not about focusing on what my personal goals are, but the point of high school is to crank out stupid pointless projects, put them in a folder, do a project and show it off to the state that says "wow that must be a great school! Look how many kids did these projects and succeeded! WOW!" and i again i will smile and say goodbye to the portfolio and go one with my true goals. Thank you :)
Now all ihave to do is print and hand in :) We'll see what they say about that at the graduation meeting :) ANyway, i'm al ittle bitter about his whole reflection essay and the hwole project thing so this is my way to relax :) Ok take care all! i ahd a good day today hanging outwith Matt and talking with friends and making plans!
