My mini vacation
So for my mini vacation, things didn't go as first planned but it still was a KICK ASS time.
Heather came down from Milwaukee and Will came over from Waukegan. Chelle joined the mix and we went to go shoot some pool at the pool house up the road. Will and Chelle were on a team, kitters and I the other team. We all had fun playing pool, will was teaching chelle, giving tips etc. I was playing rather well, I didn't realize that I was far along. Even though I have been playing off and on for 4 years, I didn't think I had those skillz. I think I'm no longer a beginner at it.

So after shooting pool for a couple of hours we came back to the house, joined by a Matt and started "booze time." There were various meads to try thanks to Will, mandarin vokda *yummy* thanks to kitters, and vodka. We all had our fair share of drinks, matt didn't have any (sober driver, but chelle sampled. Soon after midnight chelle and matt left, and the three of us stayed up a little bit still drinking. We all were making rather interesting jokes, references, jabs at each other etc. We were laughing so hard on some of them that we were crying. Kitters and Will passed out on the couch, tried waking them up, wasn't happening. So I brought down pillows and blankets for them. They would wake up at some point and figure it out.
New Year's day we pretty much stayed home because most of town was closed. So guitar hero all day for the most of it. Taking turns playing, watching Will play etc. Again making rather interesting jokes, jabs etc. It was a quiet day, mom made a yummy brunch of ham, potatoes, sweet corn, other assorteds.
Kitters stayed an extra night, but she slept in my bed, will on the couch, and I in my sitting room. Friday we kinda woke up slowly, went to the mall for brunch then had to head back home. Kitters needed to get her stuff together and head back to go to work, Will had to head back to wauk town to take mutt and phil up on saturday.
Chelle and I didn't want either of them leaving, we wanted to hang out some more. *sighs* but there is always next time! woot!
