Cooking with Potatoes Part 2

Last time I used Russets, this time it was red potatoes.

The product? Potato salad (yes, i love my mayonnaise)

Since I had already done the hard boiled egg part, and I had already boiled potatoes before, both those steps were easy.

THe specialness this time? I just made the shit up as I went along from there. Mustard, Mayonnaise, pickles, Salt, pepper.

Verdict? Its alright, its hard to mess up anything with mayonnaise as your base. It needs some more kick to it though. Some more flavor, something harder. I'm thinking of trying it with a little hot sauce, or just simple salt and pepper to it. Also, future won't have both dijon and regular mustard. At least not to the amounts i put in.
