I took the next step in cooking today.
last post? eggs.
This time? Potatoes.
what was I working on? cutting the potatoes. It is surprisingly hard to cause something which is circular. Someone needs to explain how to do it safely, I felt like I could cut off a finger at anytime. Peeling sucks too. Also a fear of cutting something or other.
