They've been advertising their "REAL DEAL" promo for days prior to the sale period which is today and tomorrow. Guess what...the people behind this internet promo probably were too conservative in estimating the influx of customers who want to take advantage and avail of the cheap rates! Cmon! CHEAP AIRFARE! Obviously, people would take advantage of that!
At 12midnight, I accessed the website in the hopes of booking a flight for the family. Lo and behold, the website was too slow. I think in some point, it started crashing. I don't know but yeah they weren't able to manage the traffic. My dad even tried booking our flight fromn 4am-6am! He went as far as entering the credit card details but when he pressed the NEXT button, nothing happened. SO NEAR YET SO FAR! Even at breakfast, we were trying to book our flight. Same scenario...hanggang credit card details lang! WTF?!
I tried calling their hotline. BUSY! BUSY! BUSY! I even went to their office to inquire about our transaction. We were able to book but it wasn't confirmed...meaning, no charge or payment was made! The super unfriendly agent even said that we can't pay there and we should go through the process all over again...ONLINE! Or we should call the hotline and inquire if we can pay over the phone since we already have a booking.

Employee from PAL (EPAL): Online ba ito?
Me: Opo
EPAL: Ay hindi kami tumatanggap niyan dito. Online lang yan.
Me: Pero sabi po nung girl dun na baka po pwede i-charge na lang dito since we already made the bookings.
EPAL: Ay hindi. You have to pay online.
Me: You mean we have to go through the entire process all over again?
EPAL: Oo. Dun niyo lang pwedeng bayaran ito.
Me: Eh hindi po gumagana website niyo eh.
EPAL: Oo nga! Kaya nga try niyo lang ng try.
Me: *confused look* Paano yun eh hindi nga gumagana! Kaninang madaling araw pa po kami nag-aaccess. Sira po website niyo.
EPAL: Call the hotline. 855-apat na 8
Me: Busy din po
EPAL: Basta tumawag ka lang dun at kung narinig mo na music wag mo nang ibababa kasi it means nakapili ka na dun! Tapos inquire mo lang kung pwede kayo magbayad over the phone ah. Inquire lang! Hindi ko sinasabi na pwede kayo magbayad dun!
Me: Ok! Pero online talaga?
EPAL: Oo.
Me: Ok thank you po. (see I even said thank you. Freaking arrogant employee...geesh walang PR skills)
