Was I a shrink in my past life?
Back in college (well, during our IMC days), friends would normally go to Aspe for advice coz she's really sensible and good in psychoanalyzing people. Tippy and I would always tease her about being a therapist/shrink...that it could be her 'other' career besides doing what an IMC grad is supposed to do.
Now, I find myself in her position. Ever since this year started, I've been talking to people about their love life, work life, etc. I really find it amazing and I'm flattered that people trust me and ask for my opinion on things. Cool! I'm down with it!
But, I've been thinking, am I the right person to give out advice, specially when it comes to the matters of the heart? Funny isn't it? You see, I've never been in a relationship. NBSB member here. :D The only thing close to having an inkling of what a relationship should be is through the chic lits that I've read! Ay ewan! My dad even laughed at the idea of someone asking for my 2 cents worth of advice on love. "ha? bakit ikaw?" Honestly, I don't know. In fairness, a friend said that I'm sensible. yeah! haha
