Had it really been half a century?
It was funny how that seemed like such a small amount of time while a handful of seconds felt like years. Of course, in those few seconds-years passed. Slightly shy amethyst eyes passed over him for the first time. Shockingly strong arms clutched him through heavy sobs. A hand so close to catching his dropped away. Smiles-so many smiles-real and fake. Whining over cake. Whispering his name mutedly in that way only Tsuzuki could.
He refused to let that man and his young partner fade away to only a memory.
