I use capital letters all the time on the net. The only time I write in lower case and without puncutuation is on messenger with my boyfriend.

It's 'net-etiquette' to type properly at all times.

I notice here that this is a dispute about what style of typing makes it easier to read 'literary' productions which are absolute garbage in the first place. lol
