Oh-oh and I'm Mary Tyler Moore

So . . . here goes. For those of you who don't already know, James and I are finis. I am both terrified and excited by the fact that soon, I will be completely on my own. I will be a happy, single woman in the city, always struggling to pay my bills. I like to think of the Mary Tyler Moore Show, in terms of what my life is about to be like, naivete and sleazy bosses aside. I can't wait to get out on my own. First order of business: Apartment. Second order of business: MACE. James is keeping Liger, because I have neither the money nor the energy to keep him. I will miss him terribly, though. On the upside, should I decide to go away for the weekend on a whim, I won't have to worry about finding a petsitter. For now, I'm going to focus on me, taking care of myself and making sure that I'm happy, and getting into GA State for psychology for this fall semester. I'm very excited about all the changes that have taken place in my life this past week and a half.

Off to go get pampered and my car detailed.
