Monday night I went out and bought $70 worth of groceries and other around the apartment necessities. It was pouring, and I was ready to get home. I headed home the back way out of Kroger. Holy crap...sorry to hear about this little incident. I'm glad that you weren't seriously hurt in all of this and secondarily that the insurance is covering it. I've been sued for rear-ending someone when I was 16 and it turned out to be BS when we did our depositions. The "plaintiffs" had no evidence they were hurt or anything like that. Hopefully all will turn out well for you in that department.
