Our government does this weird lockdown, then restricts travel, then bankrupts the economy, then penalizes people to quarantine at their own cost of $2000 in a hotel, and after the country has gone to hell in a hand basket, then hands out grants to the travel agencies, who are now bankrupt, up to 45,000 in grants to tourism businesses, not loans, but grants to an industry where people are restricted from traveling anyway?
Travellers are required to double test for Covid at both ends of the leg of a journey, then quarantine 14 days upon landing at their own cost of $2000 in a hotel, then bankrupt tourism businesses are granted up to 45,000 in grants to tourism businesses, not loans, but grants to an industry where their business is travel and is restricted by Covid. Grants of $10,000 to $30,000 are available to small and medium sized B.C. businesses impacted by COVID-19.
