viva la vinyl
I bought a record player from a Christian thrift store in Marietta, with speakers, for $7.
I haven't been this amused in a while. I always meant to get a record player because vinyl is just so damn cool but I never did. I had to go to like 4 different places to find one though. You'd figure they'd be all over the place but no dice.
The one I have is pretty good, too. It has a working needle, it'll play 45's, it has a tape deck and radio, and it actually sounds pretty damn good and gets pretty loud, too.
Now I need to get some records... I only have 4.
