i'm in la right now at my grandmas old folks home, a pretty cushy old folks home at that. i'm in the computer room right now and basically everything is silent and i'm alone and free to walk the hallways here. today we saw franny and julia and walked down melrose until we ended up in a 24 hour donut shop. we had a really good time and i am so gald franny is comming back. la is such a rediculous city. you have to drive. you literally have to sit in your car for at least a few hours a day to do or go anywhere in this stupid city. i cant understand such a heavy populated area that just doesnt have a working public transportation system. today i got to see both of my grandmas, we drove my grandma alice and us to claremont to visit my grandma joan in her retirment neighboorhood area called pilgrim place. we went to get lunch at a place and then went to go see this family fun center amusement park we used to go to. they used to have this restaurant that was rocky and bullwinkle themed, ya know that old cartoon?, and it basically is a lot of my memories of down there, well that and a lot of old people dressed as pilgrims, but the new management had remodled the restaurant to be some shit called be bop cafe. rocky and bullwinkle just couldnt hack it in this day and age. anyways it was really sad.
i am so tired. tommorow we come home.
