Hey guys! Weekly planning post update time! I'm sorry that I didn't get it out on the same day as the State of the Game, but then I would have missed out on what is probably one of the biggest points to me made in this post, so I'm glad that I was lazy didn't jump the gun and post it too soon. So, without further ado, here we are:

-FANTASY: The emotion/event for this week, as stated in this week's State of the Game. And of course, this being the city of sin, it's dark fantasy. "This week the allure of that which exists only in the mind is just too strong to resist." With further elaboration from the mods, we have been told that this has been left open and intentionally vague, for everyone to interpret as they see fit. So if you feel like this is something you can work with, go for it! As always, a reminder that participation is optional, though.
-INVESTIGATION: As of this announcement, Hellsing is officially going to go under investigation from the Magistrate. Having talked to Mara about the timing of it, we decided together that she

Past: Nothing incriminating, I'm assuming she sort of left the terrorism bit out when being interviewed (if she even had an interview).
Present: Aaaand still nothing incriminating. Except for the wolfy bit. Man, Tosh is boring.

Ianto would have left out anything she didn't mention that wasn't relevant, because yeah. He knows her history anyway |Db So like that whole part about her being in prison? Assuming he knows that at all, it definitely wouldn't be in her file.

Recently returned to the city having been executed for treason. [I figure if there's any reason to consider him a threat to the city, it's that he's got a history of treason.]

Past: Death Eater. However unwilling he may have been, Draco has still been forced to torture unsuspecting innocents, though he refuses to kill. The latter will be have been emphasised, particularly in his interview.
Present: Nothing on record.
Powers: Magical being, with extensive knowledge of potions and other basic magic. Even if he exaggerated his own abilities somewhat initially.

Claire has been in Hellsing for so long I imagine she is considered a field agent even though she is always still learning

Name: Claire Novak
Past: None
Present: None...offcially. But Ianto knows about her as Harker so unless he hasn't made a note somewhere in her file about it or eluding to it. Other then that there might be mention of her being killed by Ichigo and like warnings in her file not to put them on teams together.
Powers: Claire is an exorcist and has a remnant of an angel's grace inside of her.

He and Owen know about her being Harker, but he won't have made a note about it in her file. It might show up that he put her on probation for no obvious reason, but there isn't any connection to her and that list in her file. Unless you want there to be one, but otherwise nope :|b

Kuchiki Rukia

Past:
- Shinigami, aka "Death God", from her world. Spirit/Ghost that can use a false body to interact with the living. Otherwise, is invisible to a vast majority of the city. Visible only to those who have significant spiritual abilities.
- Expatriate from her military organization, the Gotei Thirteen, for hiding and giving aid to a wanted person
- Formerly convicted of treason before hand for illegally transferring her powers. Was granted a stay of execution.
- Possesses instrument (a red glove) that can remove souls from bodies.

Present:
- Primary advocate for Kurosaki Ichigo during his investigation. Helped exonerate him of his charges.
- Known combatant against the Ghost Arakora. Wracked up some impressive property damage, including icing over the main street of the city.

Powers:
- Information about her sword
- General information about zanpakutou, written by Rukia
- General information about shinigami and their powers, written by Rukia

Name: Candy Francesca Quackenbush
Past: She has the soul of a dead (probably evil) princess with unknown power?
Present: Boa is currently missing
Powers: Power levels are unknown. Candy is pretty basic and still like a baby witch when it comes to magic. She can create a flying machine that goes a little high and doesn't last long. She also has a spell that can shake anything near enough to hear it to the core (excluding people).

Sabriel
Name: Sabriel (Abhorsen)
Past: Nothing incriminating
Present: Nothing. She's a good person.
Powers: Necromantic abilities with added Charter Magic to manipulate other things.

Name: Ichigo Kurosaki
Past: Self-controlled soul eating monster, excellent fighter, hired by Integra
Present: Went bonkers and killed a bunch of people, spent some time in jail, received a magical ankle bracelet seal from the prison.
Powers: Moving faster than the eye can see, very strong, awesome sword, ability to fire DEATH BEAMS (Cero)

Pretty much he's going to be arrested again and have his seal recast and strengthened and then let go. His record isn't a secret.

Name: Spike
Past: Whatever Wesley knows--I am not sure. Potentially that he was once a very dangerous and violent vampire, that he ran around with Angelus, and that he has a behavior-modifying chip in his head that makes him incapable of harming humans.
Present: Drinks blood. Some record of stealing. Otherwise clean though he makes no attempt to hide the fact he's a vampire and wanted to commit violence.
Powers: Super-human strength, speed, and senses (night vision, smell, etc). Immune to telepathy.

Wes would have submitted a report to Hellsing on his previous misdeeds. But at the same time I don't think he would have detailed last atrocity. So the general gist of it would be Spike was a notorious, vicious bloodthirsty vampire who was part of Angelus' fang gang. However, he has his chip in his head and has worked alongside Buffy Summers in Sunnydale. Apparently. And appears to be walking the 'reformed' line.

(It should be noted that Wes has expressed skepticism about this.)
