Oh my word, I'm actually getting the post up on Monday! Hello, Hellsing Operatives, here it is, your weekly Hellsing Plotting Post Update. I'll try to be as brief as I can:

-WATCH OUT FOR OWEN: Characters themselves might not be aware, but for the past week one of their bosses, Owen, the dead one, regained the sense of touch and was running around doing whatever he could to take advantage of that. Last night, the feeling went away again, and because of that fact, Owen's not in the best of places right now. He'll be pretty extra prickly and unfriendly this week, and that should be noticeable, in case your character's looking to talk to administration and/or complain to Ianto about it, haha.
-WELCOME DRACO: Hey everyone, guess what? We've acquired a new recruit, Draco Malfoy, a snarky 18-year-old wizard. He's just interviewed today, but is going to be in as soon as possible to join Owen and everyone on the Clerical tract of Hellsing. He's basically going to be our very own resident Potions Master. Even if you have a history with the family (looking at you, Sirius) you're expected to behave in a manner appropriate for the workplace with one another. Snarking is about as far as you're allowed to go into hazing unless you want a stern talking to from Ianto. In any case, everyone welcome him aboard!
-IMPATIENCE: As per the State of the Game, this week's emotion is Impatience. "Whatever the actual reason, it just harder and harder to wait for things, to give others the benefit of time, to be understanding regarding any sort of delays." Will this effect your character at all, do you think?
-THE BARRIER: According to this SotG, 15-20% of the population has died because of this barrier problem or side effects from it. That's almost 1/5, and a huge number. So it's time for Hellsing to start becoming more seriously involved. Following this planning post, I will be typing up and posting an address from Ianto to Hellsing inquiring into any way they think that they can help and ordering them to do so. Also, all magic users within the organization will automatically be ordered out on the streets to help with the food and supply shortage. There will be an open section to this post as well where there will be a general offer of help where anyone who needs something should request it. This post will be functioning as a merger between everyone working toward fixing this thing, I hope, so keep an eye out for it! I'll be posting a link here, once it's up!

And as always:
WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS WEEK?: Where is your character now? :> What they've been up to, what they're doing, if they've got any sort of open log or open post up anywhere? Let us know!

For those of you who aren't aware, the Uhura from Scott's universe showed up in the city.

Scott is sort of inwardly flipping out over this development, as he's recently admitted that he doesn't want to go back to the Empire, and is in fact doing everything he possibly can to avoid finding a way to get back. This week he is going to be cagey, more so than usual, and will not leave Hellsing grounds. He will be distracted and moody, probably won't notice that something's up with Owen, and will be even less communicative than usual.

He will not be affected by the Impatience event this week, BUT. There will, sometime this week, be an open log starring Laphroaig - who is growing and entering the "toddler" stage of his development. He is curious, energetic, and getting into everything, and Scott? Scott's not paying him enough attention. How dare that human not give him all the attention all the time.

Regarding the barrier, due to in-game developments, Scott's not likely to be much help there. He's really laying low this week. If anyone needs him for anything, he'll be in his basement.
